Common questions
How do I start trading?
Create an account, get dUSDT by bridging USDT to DJYTL Chain or buying it on Fiat, then buy on the DJYTL market — the DJYTL Chain option on the Swap page — or trade directly with another customer on Fiat.
My bridge deposit has not arrived
Deposits are credited after the required number of confirmations on the source network, and only from the wallet you linked on the Bridge page. If it has been more than an hour, email us with the transaction hash and your deposit reference.
How does redemption work?
Physical delivery is not available yet. It is coming later. When it opens, the Redeem page will explain how it works and show every cost before you confirm.
I lost my Hydra Wallet recovery phrase
Hydra Wallet is self-custody, so we cannot recover your phrase or your wallet. If you are still signed in on a device, move your assets to a new wallet and back up its phrase offline.
What are KDAR and KDARG?
Trades on DJYTL Capital settle in dUSDT. KDARG (KDAR Gold) is the network fee token of DJYTL Chain: 1 KDARG = 1 gram of gold, and its reference value follows the gold price. KDAR is a separate DJYTL Chain token; it is not used to settle trades, and no market quotes it today.
