Read this disclosure before you trade or use a wallet, swap, bridge or peer-to-peer feature.
1. Summary
Tokenised commodities and digital assets are high-risk products. Their value can fall quickly, and you could lose all the money or assets you commit.
Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Nothing provided through DJYTL Capital is investment, legal or tax advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether a transaction is appropriate for you.
2. Market risk
Commodity and digital-asset prices are volatile. They may be affected by supply, demand, weather, geopolitics, currency movements, regulation, market sentiment and other events.
Token prices on DJYTL Capital may differ from benchmark or reference prices and may move independently of them.
Past performance and a reference price do not predict future value.
3. Liquidity risk
Some markets may have few or no orders. You may be unable to buy or sell at the price or in the quantity you want, or at all.
A large order may move the market. Prices may change between placing and filling an order.
4. Reference-price risk
Reference prices shown through the Services are provided for information only. They are not necessarily the price at which you can trade and are not a valuation of your holding.
A reference-price source may be delayed, unavailable, incorrect or affected by market disruption.
5. Commodity-token and backing risk
Commodity tokens do not currently give you title to, possession of or a claim on physical metal or other goods.
Backing is being added, starting with gold and silver. Until rights to backing are expressly introduced in applicable product terms, you should not assume that a token is backed by, redeemable for or legally linked to physical goods.
A token’s market value may depend on market demand, available liquidity and DJYTL Capital continuing to support the relevant market.
6. Legal-claim risk
Holding or transferring a commodity token does not currently give you legal title to or delivery of physical goods.
The creation, transfer and enforcement of digital-asset rights may involve the laws of more than one country. Legal treatment may be uncertain or may change.
7. Redemption risk
Physical redemption is not available.
If physical redemption is introduced, it may be subject to minimum quantities, costs, availability, logistics, verification and legal restrictions. It may not be available in every country.
8. Settlement-asset risk
Trades settle in dUSDT.
The value, availability and transferability of a settlement asset may be affected by market conditions, its issuer or operator, blockchain conditions, liquidity, regulation and technical failures. It may lose value or become unavailable.
9. Technology and smart-contract risk
Blockchains, smart contracts, bridges, wallets and other software may contain errors, fail or be attacked.
Transactions may be delayed by congestion, outages or changes to a network. Confirmed blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
A software review or security measure cannot eliminate all technical risk.
10. Self-custody risk
Hydra Wallet is self-custody software. Its keys and recovery phrase are kept in your browser, not by DJYTL Capital.
If your recovery phrase or keys are lost, destroyed or stolen, your assets may be permanently inaccessible or taken by another person. We cannot recover them.
Malware, phishing, shared devices and insecure backups can expose wallet credentials.
11. Bridge risk
Bridging USDT from another network depends on external networks, liquidity sources and smart contracts.
A bridge transaction may fail, be delayed, be exploited or deliver an asset with different technical, issuer or liquidity risks. Sending an asset through an unsupported network or to an incorrect address may cause permanent loss.
12. Peer-to-peer risk
On the peer-to-peer board, users trade crypto assets for local currency directly with each other. DJYTL Capital is not the buyer, seller or provider of the local-currency payment.
The crypto asset is held in an on-chain escrow contract until the seller confirms payment. Escrow reduces some settlement risk but does not eliminate fraud, impersonation, payment reversal, false evidence, delay or smart-contract risk.
You should independently verify that payment has been received before releasing crypto. A dispute process cannot guarantee recovery.
13. AI-output risk
AI may be used for swap descriptions, peer-to-peer assistance, chat translation and peer-to-peer dispute summaries.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. Check important information yourself. AI does not decide account outcomes or disputes; a person decides disputes.
14. KDAR and KDARG risk
KDARG is the network fee token of DJYTL Chain. KDARG uses one gram of gold as its reference unit, and its reference value follows the gold price. KDARG does not currently give you title to, possession of or a claim on gold.
The reference value does not guarantee that KDARG can be bought or sold at that value. Its market price may differ, and available liquidity may be limited.
KDAR is a separate token. If KDAR is traded, its price may change and available liquidity may be limited.
KDAR, KDARG and dUSDT are not legal tender or bank deposits.
15. Operational and service risk
Maintenance, cyber incidents, provider failures, human error, legal restrictions or events outside reasonable control may interrupt access to the Services.
An interruption may prevent you from trading, transferring assets or responding to market movements.
16. Regulatory and tax risk
Laws governing digital assets, tokenised commodities, payments and financial services are changing.
A legal or regulatory change may restrict a token, transaction or Service, require additional verification, delay a transaction or cause a feature to be withdrawn.
Your transactions may have tax consequences. You should obtain advice from a suitably qualified adviser for your circumstances.
17. No deposit protection
Balances and tokens used through DJYTL Capital are not bank deposits.
Do not assume that any deposit-guarantee, investor-compensation or similar protection applies.
