Emergency withdrawal
If you ever cannot approve a payment from your Shield the usual way, you can still move your funds on your own. You start the withdrawal with your own wallet, wait 72 hours, then complete it. Nobody can speed it up, and nobody but you can complete it.

Did you not start a withdrawal?
Every withdrawal started here is announced on your Shield's Telegram. If one appears that you did not start, open your account and cancel it with a Shield approval at once. Cancelling needs your authenticator code and a Telegram code; it cannot be done from this page.
